Kasapoglou Hearing Centers of Greece, part of the business group of Agesilaos Kasapoglou and Dimitra Kasapoglou, began operations in 1987 in Heraklion, Crete, with the establishment of “Hearing Centers of Crete”.
The company developed significant expertise in providing hearing-care services and specialised high-technology products designed to support better hearing.
The company quickly expanded across Crete by establishing modern hearing-aid fitting centers. This growth created the need for a specialised laboratory for hearing-aid maintenance, repair and manufacturing, which was established at the company’s headquarters in Heraklion with advanced equipment and highly trained staff.
The trust and needs of people experiencing hearing difficulties led the company to establish additional locations throughout Crete, including more remote areas. Today, support is available in Sitia, Agios Nikolaos, Moires, Arkalochori and other locations.
The home-visit service remains a key part of the company’s commitment to providing proper and accessible customer care.
Today, with an experienced team of hearing-care professionals and specialist technicians trained in Greece and abroad, the company responsibly provides comprehensive and appropriate solutions for hearing needs, supported by modern technology and a strong commitment to performance and reliability. This growth established Kasapoglou Hearing Centers of Greece as a nationwide network, now comprising more than thirty stores throughout the country. At the same time, two additional state-of-the-art laboratories for the manufacture, maintenance and repair of hearing devices were established. The three technical laboratories in Heraklion, Thessaloniki and Kavala support the company’s goal of providing prompt, high-quality service. The company also expanded into Cyprus, Albania and Italy, creating a strong infrastructure for consistent service quality.
